REGISTER to the Next EFTA congress PARIS 29-31 October 2010

 It is our pleasure to invite you to the 7th congress of the European Family Therapy Association (E.F.T.A) which will be held in Paris the 29th, 30th and 31st October, 2010.

Family psychotherapy, which was still being pioneered as recently as fifty years ago, has since proved its effectiveness not only in certain psychiatric disorders but also in educational and medico-psycho-social fields. It has become an internationally recognized form of psychotherapy and is now being taught in many European universities.

Extending beyond the field of psychotherapy, the systemic approach is now being applied in companies as well as in institutions. Current economic and political issues are also being addressed from a systemic perspective.


This 7th E.F.T.A. congress offers you the opportunity to discover the many systemic practices which are constantly emerging.

The main focus will be on the place of family therapy viewed from different angles: theory, practice, research… and a significant part will be dedicated to the new systemic practices.

Your participation will ensure that this congress represents an important moment in the history of the development of family therapies and systemic practices in Europe.
